Covid-19 Update
It's a bit of a crazy world we are living in right now, so we just want to assure you that it is business as usual here at Therm! As a small business we are no strangers to working remotely - Therm is a family run business and we operate out of our home as it is. (This is when you realise that most of your life is already considered 'self-isolation'Ā š)
Our 2020 shipment has arrived in to New Zealand (woohoo!!), and this is due to be processed into our Tauranga warehouse mid week, and we are on target to ship orders by the end of the week. Our 3PL warehouse is also a small team, and whilst they will be following the appropriate guidelines inside their workplace, we can assure you we are not expecting any changes in service over the coming weeks.Ā
Lastly, our two main carriers Toll and Courierpost have activated their business continuity plans, to ensure that they will also continue to provide uninterrupted service. You can find full updates atĀ www.tollgroup.comĀ andĀ www.courierpost.co.nz.
